General Information
All of our fascinators are made from high quality coloured sinamay, and our tiaras are available with either silver or gold plated wire and bands with a choice of superior glass beads, beautiful feathers and Swarovski crystals and pearls in colours to suit your needs. Please see our colour charts for our wide variety of choices.
Please note that since all of our designs are individually handcrafted from natural materials, slight variations to shape and final design may occur.

Bespoke Service
If you do not see a design in our collection which is perfect for you, then we would like to offer you the opportunity to work together with us to create a piece that will be unique to you. Please e-mail us at sales@tiarasandfascinators.com, or fill in the contact form in the first instance, including your telephone number and occasion date. Prices will vary depending on the design you choose and the amount of work needed to complete your piece.
Ordering Information
To place an order, simply add the product to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. At this point we will receive confirmation of your order, and you can either follow the instructions and make a payment by Paypal, or contact us for instructions if you wish to pay by personal cheque. Unfortunately we are not able to take debit/credit card payments over the phone at this time but you can easily pay by Paypal and use your card even if you don’t have a Paypal account. Just follow the details on the Paypal screen when you go through the checkout procedure.
Delivery Timescales
All products in our collection are handmade to order. We will make every effort to ensure a delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks upon receipt of payment. Should you have a very tight deadline, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate urgent requests. Please note that timescales may be longer for bespoke items. All items come beautifully presented in acid free tissue paper, delivery safe boxes and useful instructions on how to wear your piece.
Shipping Charges
We ship all items by PRIORITY shipment. We use Recorded Signed For Delivery in the UK, which aims to deliver within 1-3 working days, and Recorded and Tracked delivery worldwide. The UK postal service have an International Airsure service which insures and tracks your package from us to you for the majority of countries outside the UK with a quicker shipping time.
Whilst we can provide you with an Expected Delivery Date, this is not a guarantee of how long items will take to arrive at your door. There can be delays in customs and it also depends on your local postal service.
We always send you a confirmation email when your item ships and an estimate of the time it will take to get to you.
Airsure small package priority shipping from the UK leaves the country the night it is posted and should be with you within 3-8 working days depending on both our postal services.
If you need your piece with a faster delivery, please contact us, as other shipping options may be available for rush orders. These will incur an additional fee.
TiarasAndFascinators.com cannot be held responsible for delays that are created after shipment and caused by UK or abroad postal services or customs, Acts of God or any delays caused by other circumstances out of our control, but we will always do our best to resolve any issues that arise.

If you order more than one item, there may be an increased shipping price. We will always let you know if this is the case.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged from shipping. We protect our pieces in very sturdy shipping boxes, so this should never be the case, but we understand there may be occasions when issues occur.
Please read the item descriptions carefully and ask us any questions you might have before you make your purchase.
Please contact us within 2 days of receipt of a damaged item to qualify for a replacement or refund, [You must notify us, supply a photograph of the damaged packaging and piece, and wait for an approval and instructions before shipping an item back to us - shipping fees are unfortunately not refundable]
Due to the nature of running a small business and your order being bespoke, which includes being completely hand made, we cannot afford to give refunds for any other reason than damaged goods due to shipping issues.
• Full refund (excluding postage cost) will be given on damaged, approved goods returned
• Refunds will not be given for used goods, unsuitable goods or goods returned after your occasion.
• All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
