Ordering.

General Information
Most of my fascinators can be made from a variety of high quality coloured sinamay, and my tiaras are available in either silver or gold plated, with a choice of beads, feathers and crystals in colours to suit your needs. Please see my colour charts. Please note that since nearly all of my designs are individually handcrafted, slight variations may occur. All items come beautifully presented in gift boxes.

Bespoke Service
If you do not see a design in my collection which is perfect for you, then I would like to offer you the opportunity to work together with me to create a piece that will be unique to you. Please e-mail me or fill in the contact form in the first instance, including your telephone number and occasion date. Prices may vary depending on the design you choose.

Ordering Information
To place an order simply add the product to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. At this point I will receive confirmation of your order, and you can either follow the instructions and make a payment by Paypal, or fill in my PDF order form to purchase by cheque or postal order. Unfortunately we are not able to take debit/credit card payments over the phone at this time.

Delivery Timescales
Most products in my collection are handmade to order. I will make every effort to ensure a delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks upon receipt of payment. You will be contacted shortly after placing your order with an estimated time of delivery. Should you have a very tight deadline, please contact me and I may be able to accommodate urgent requests. Please note that timescales may be longer for bespoke items.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your products, please contact me within 2 days of receipt:

  • Full refund (excluding postage cost) will be given on goods returned in original condition and in original packaging within 14 days.
  • Refunds will not be given on made to order / bespoke items.
  • Refunds will not be given for used goods, or goods returned after your occasion.
  • All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
